Warranty & Aftercare
30‑day snagging: post‑handover touch‑ups and minor defect completion within 30 days after delivery is included in our services.
3‑month workmanship warranty on design‑managed installations (supplier/manufacturer warranties apply according to the supplier’s terms; normal wear and tear and damage from use are excluded) is included in our service.
Aftercare options: ongoing maintenance, seasonal styling refreshes and priority support retainers can also be purchased in addition to existing contracts.
Accessibility
We design to applicable accessibility standards and ageing‑in‑place best practices; statutory approvals or specialist audits (BCA, fire engineering) are additional.
Insurance
Proof of Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance available on request.
